These terms explain the use of epagespk.com (ePagesPK), a Pakistan-focused business directory. Read them with our Privacy policy and Listing & removal policy. Contact our team before purchasing a service if any part is unclear.
1. What the directory does
We help visitors discover businesses and contact providers directly. Listings may be submitted by business representatives or researched from publicly accessible sources. An entry does not mean the business has joined, paid, authorised the entry or been independently certified by ePagesPK. We are not affiliated with Google, WhatsApp or a listed business merely because we link to it.
Check the provider’s identity, qualifications, availability, address, charges and terms directly before travelling, paying or relying on a service. Medical, legal, security and other specialist decisions require an appropriately qualified professional. Directory content is not professional advice.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account details, keep your password private and contact us about unauthorised use. Only submit or manage a business if you are authorised to represent it. Do not impersonate others, publish private or sensitive information without authority, post unlawful or misleading material, manipulate reviews, send spam or interfere with security. Do not bulk harvest contact details or use the directory for unsolicited marketing in breach of applicable rules.
3. Submitted information and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give ePagesPK a non-exclusive permission to host, format, display and technically process that content to operate and promote your listing, subject to your rights and our removal process. This is not a transfer of ownership.
You must have the necessary rights or permission for descriptions, logos, photographs and videos you supply. A public source is not automatically licensed for reuse. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant ePagesPK or visitors rights over third-party content or override a source platform’s terms.
4. Reviews and corrections
Reviews should describe genuine experiences. Do not post confidential information, threats, unlawful allegations, paid undisclosed endorsements or copied reviews. Ratings on ePagesPK are not represented as Google ratings or verified bookings. We may investigate reports, restrict abusive content and request evidence. See the listing policy for correction, ownership and removal requests; submitting a report does not guarantee a particular result.
5. Paid business listings
The advertised Business Annual plan is PKR 25,000 per business for 12 months. Payment is arranged manually with our team; submitting a request does not charge you, prove payment or activate promoted placement. Before payment, obtain written confirmation of the scope, total charges including any applicable tax, activation date, term, renewal and cancellation/refund arrangements. No automatic renewal or charge is created by the current request form.
Featured or promoted placement means visibility within ePagesPK, not guaranteed Google rankings, enquiries, sales, availability or exclusivity. Booking and chat are labelled coming soon; neither is a live entitlement or has a promised launch date. Unless a separate lawful agreement says otherwise, disputes and purchases between visitors and a provider are between those parties.
6. Deactivation, cancellation and retained records
We may temporarily hide a profile or restrict access for a reported rights/privacy issue, inaccurate or unsafe information, misuse, or an expired/unpaid paid service under its agreed terms. We may act promptly where safety, security or law requires it. Contact support to ask for the reason, dispute an error or discuss reactivation.
Deactivation is not deletion: the profile stops being publicly available through ePagesPK, but its saved information, ownership and related records may be retained for administration, dispute handling or restoration. Editing an inactive business does not reactivate it. Cancellation and refund requests are considered under the agreed terms and applicable mandatory rights; these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of those rights.
A business is not required to purchase a paid plan merely to request correction of inaccurate information, report unauthorised use or ask us to review a privacy or removal concern. An independently researched free entry does not itself create a payment obligation.
7. Availability and responsibility
Information can become outdated, and the site can be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or independently guarantee every listing claim. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for a provider’s performance or losses caused by reliance on inaccurate third-party information. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
8. Complaints and changes
Contact business@epagespk.com with the relevant URL and a clear description. We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes to an existing paid service should be addressed in the applicable agreement; posting new website text alone does not retrospectively remove mandatory or agreed rights.
